Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Finance Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead the corporate FPA team and oversee budgeting, forecasting and business planning across North America.

You will build financial models, present insights to leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years leadership in Finance/Accounting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate FPA daily operations, set priorities and ensure high-quality financial support.
• Own budgeting and forecasting across North America, including plans for locations and departments.
• Develop and oversee financial models, labor forecasts and scenario plans.
• Present results and insights to leadership with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to influence decisions and support business goals.
