Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A across North America.

You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting and business planning, build financial models, present insights to executives, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Uline’s corporate FP&A team, setting priorities and providing guidance.
• Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting across regional locations and corporate departments.
• Develop and oversee financial models, labor forecasts and scenario plans to support business decisions.
• Present financial results, projections and insights to leadership with clear recommendations.
• Partner with teams across the organization to influence decisions and goals.
