Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to turn financial data into actionable recommendations that improve logistics operations and support our growing North American network.

In this role you will analyze logistics spend, present insights to executives, oversee contract implementations, manage cross-functional projects, and mentor the analytics team. Your work will drive cost reductions and service improvements across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience. Background in cost analysis or finance is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge in SQL preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics spending using data mining tools to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights to Executive leadership, influencing supply chain strategy and key business decisions.
• Oversee contract implementation and system updates, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects, driving prioritization and accountability.
• Lead and develop Analysts through mentoring, coaching and guiding team priorities.
