Amazon's NACF Finance seeks a Finance Manager to partner with operational and functional leaders and drive financial excellence across the business area. You will own reporting, build models, and mentor colleagues while focusing on accuracy, controls, and scalable processes.

You will lead projects, partner with stakeholders on investment proposals, and craft clear narratives for leadership reviews, balancing deep analysis with strategic direction in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with financial modeling and variance analyses.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area with mentorship on best practices.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support decisions and present findings.
• Identify data integrity issues, design controls, and develop auditable data analysis processes.
• Lead projects from start to finish, manage timelines, priorities, and cross-team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or scale finance tools and processes.
