Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Amazon Security Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with senior security leaders, drive forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that inform security investments.

You will own planning processes, build scalable financial models, and translate complex data into business narratives while influencing strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role experience
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and large-scale data tools
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Amazon Foundational Security Services (AFSS) team on business strategy, fostering growth and development
• Lead planning processes, providing financial expertise and driving impactful decisions
• Own third party (3P) software spending reporting across Amazon Security.
• Deliver regular weekly & monthly reporting that influences security investments and strategic direction
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models that empower informed planning, accurate controllership, and clear visibility into key business drivers.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support leaders in tackling business challenges and understanding the financial ramifications of decisions.
• Demonstrate the agility and resilience to excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, consistently delivering impactful results
