Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the primary financial partner supporting Revenue Cycle Management and IDTF Operations.

The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, data analytics, and building executive dashboards to drive cash collection and growth across ~1,000 employees. The position is hybrid/in-office, with responsibilities spanning enrollment through deployment, reimbursement, and cash collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analytics, strategic finance, or operational finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Revenue Cycle Management leadership and IDTF Operations.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and planning processes.
• Create executive dashboards and Power BI reporting solutions.
• Analyze the end‑to‑end financial journey from enrollment through deployment and cash collection.
• Present findings to operational leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Validate and maintain data integrity across reporting solutions.
• Lead capacity planning, productivity improvement, and cash realization initiatives.
