Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Experience translating financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client engagements’ financial performance including revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare recurring project and organizational financial reports for leadership.
• Identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and operational teams to support forecasts and budgets.
• Reconcile financial information across reporting sources and ensure data integrity.
