Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to drive productivity reporting for our fulfillment centers. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to optimize reporting across a vast network and deliver actionable insights.

The role requires strong finance analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to influence decisions at senior levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining/reporting tools.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive optimization and insights across North America Customer Fulfillment.
• Oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate cross-organizational initiatives with senior leadership.
• Influence business owners, support thoughtful decision‑making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon and communicate effectively.
