Job summary

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to drive productivity reporting for our fulfillment centers across North America. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy to optimize processes, deliver insights, and scale reporting as Amazon continues to grow.

You will influence decision-making, work with senior leadership, and lead cross-functional projects focused on forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and root-cause analysis with escalation plans.
  • 6+ years delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis with data interpretation.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
  • Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to drive productivity reporting for our fulfillment centers. Key job responsibilities

The Productivity Reporting and Analytics team seeks a Finance leader to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across North America Customer Fulfillment. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
