Qualifications

• 6–8 years of accounting experience in financial services, with exposure to investment partnerships, private equity, asset management, hedge funds, or alternatives.
• Background in public accounting, asset management audit, tax, or partnership accounting preferred.
• Strong understanding of partnership structures, allocations, and investment operations.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt emerging AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting, operational, and financial oversight of various coinvest partnerships.
• Manage operational and administrative activities including cash management, capital calls, distributions, custody processes, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and valuation reporting.
• Evaluate and analyze complex investment transactions, partnership allocations, and accounting conclusions.
• Serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams.
• Support investor-facing activities including onboarding, policy administration, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and increase operational efficiency through technology and AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Oversee partnership reporting deliverables and coordinate with tax advisors on annual tax reporting.

Compensation

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
