Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Finance Manager for Financial Services & Payments who will manage P&L, cost of acceptance, and private label credit card portfolios. You will forecast, analyze, report, and drive strategies to meet financial targets while coordinating with Global FP&A and Accounting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Finance/Accounting, with budgeting and forecasting expertise; MBA is preferred and experience with SQL/BigQuery, SAP/S4 HANA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Planning (Budgeting), Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Private Label Credit or Bankcard portfolio analysis
• Working knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery
• SAP/S4 HANA
• AI: Gemini and Copilot

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving - understand business; plan and enable department objectives; participate in annual budget; review monthly expenditures; monitor monthly metrics.
• Conduct financial planning for the function and make recommendations.
• Lead, plan, and coordinate work teams; ensure processes are compliant with policies; track performance using metrics.
• Drive key functional financial metrics.
• Develops strategic alliances with business partners; cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, IS.
