Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly PACE-specific dashboards, financial statements, and management reports.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, participant census, utilization, and staffing trends.
• Monitor program profitability and contribution margin.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliation processes.
• Support financial reporting requirements related to grants, contracts, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor Medicare and Medicaid capitation revenue.
• Analyze reimbursement trends and revenue projections.
• Evaluate the financial impact of participant risk scores, enrollment changes, and utilization patterns.
• Monitor medical and pharmacy claims adjudication and evaluate overall TPA processes for opportunities.
