Blue Ridge Care is seeking a Finance Manager, PACE to serve as the primary finance partner for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and reimbursement analysis to support the program's sustainability.

Responsibilities include dashboards, financial statements, grant and regulatory reporting, and monitoring Medicare/Medicaid capitation revenue, with collaboration across leadership to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

This position serves as the primary finance partner for PACE operations, providing financial analysis, budgeting support, reporting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and operational performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly PACE-specific dashboards, financial statements, and management reports
• Analyze revenue, expenses, participant census, utilization, and staffing trends
• Monitor program profitability and contribution margin
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliation processes
• Support financial reporting requirements related to grants, contracts, and regulatory agencies

• Experience in nonprofit healthcare organizations
