Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a data analytics partner to design and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting for the Restaurant Support Center. • 5+ years of analytics or reporting in accounting/finance; multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau-like tools.
• Self-starter with a process-improvement mindset and automation focus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and be a thought partner with Data Infrastructure forward strategy.


• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and data integrations that pull from various source systems — liberating the data and reducing manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting across the team.


• Serve as a cross-functional partner for data and reporting needs across departments and franchise business partners.


• Build and maintain dashboards that give finance, operations, and franchise leadership self-serve access to the numbers that matter.


• Develop tools and models that bridge accounting data with operational analytics for month-end close, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.


• Support month-end close and management reporting with accurate, timely, well-documented analytics.


• Develop and promote data management methodologies and standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience supporting accounting or finance with growing analytics or reporting responsibility; multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is a plus.


• Experience building dashboards or reports in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau like system.


• A self-starter with a process-improvement mindset who genuinely enjoys finding a better, faster, more automated way to get to the answer and a track record of automating manual processes.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insight for non-technical stakeholders.
