Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics or reporting in accounting/finance; multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau-like tools.
• Self-starter with a process-improvement mindset and automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and guide data infrastructure strategy.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and integrations to reduce manual reporting.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner for data and reporting across departments and franchise partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards for finance, operations, and franchise leadership.
• Develop tools/models linking accounting data with operational analytics for month-end close and forecasting.
• Support month-end close and management reporting with timely analytics.
• Develop and promote data management methodologies and standards.
