We are seeking a high-impact Finance Manager, Marketing to deliver actionable financial insights, build models, and partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize performance. This role involves financial modeling, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decisions to fuel growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
• Partner with data architecture teams to deliver transparent performance reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive annual marketing spend planning and manage budgets with high accuracy.
• Support headcount and expense management, and participate in monthly and quarterly closes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably with SaaS or health tech experience.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and analytics tools like SQL, Looker, GAAP, and non-GAAP metrics.
• Strong financial modeling, data structuring, and system skills.
