Job summary

Lancesoft is hiring a Finance Manager 2 in Bellevue, WA for a 12-month fully onsite engagement. The role focuses on managing and forecasting a Marketing budget, coordinating with Marketing, Sales and Finance to align spending with business priorities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or related field, 6+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills to prepare reports, analyze variances, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or business-related field.
• 6+ years of work experience (mobile or Client industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, the principles of driving audience relevance, budget management but ultimately the need to drive sales.
• A proven self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for internal and external discussions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Account Team’s Marketing budget, including consolidation of program details and delivering an account-level view.
• Forecast budget plans and reconcile planned vs. actuals; lead month-end closing with variance reporting.
• Categorize marketing spend and provide MoM, QoQ, YoY comparisons.
• Coordinate between Marketing, Sales and Finance on budget allocation based on priority and business needs.
• Prepare quality documentation for approval process and validate deliverables against contract; communicate issues and lead payment process.
