Job summary

Cooper Standard in the United States is seeking an ISG Senior Finance Manager to consolidate financial results for the operating plan, actuals, forecasts and strategic plan. You will work with ISG plants to gather data, drive financial performance, and support commercial activities including quoting and growth plans.

The role requires a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance and 7–10 years of experience with advanced Excel, SAP/BPC/HFM skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7–10 years of accounting/financial experience including forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; interacts with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates financial results for the operating plan, actuals, forecasts and strategic plan.
• Coordinates and oversees income statements, balance sheets and cash flow for ISG.
• Partners with Operating Management to drive financial performance of the Business Unit.
• Drives monthly financial reporting, risks & opportunities, and action plans.
• Develops and maintains finance models for the strategic plan.
