Job summary

Lead budget development, long-range planning, and complex financial modeling while partnering with global finance teams and executives to optimize capital allocation and product-line strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Analytics or related field required.
• 5 years equivalent work experience required.
• Solid financial and operational accounting experience.
• Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and consolidating financial results.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Vice President of Finance and senior executives in financial, system and business activities.
• Deliver real-time performance monitoring; provide data insights for budget vs. outlook and corrective actions.
• Use statistical tools/AI/ML to improve forecasting accuracy and decision making.
• Develop and review annual budgets and long-range strategic plans.
• Build complex valuation models and key financial metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Foster data-driven decisions; lead M&A activities with external advisors.
• Prepare materials for Leadership Team and Board presentations.
• Connect transaction processing to financial statement results via SAP BI.
