Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Finance Manager - Inventory Control to lead inventory-control and production-costing activities across multiple sites. You will oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, variances, and cost formulations while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve cost accuracy and forecast quality.

You will strengthen internal controls, support audits, and drive working-capital visibility through KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, operations finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with inventory controls, physical inventories, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and accounting teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial or operational reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, documentation, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory-control and production-costing activities across the network.
• Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts; investigate variances and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain cost formulas and analyze material, labor, overhead, manufacturing, and logistics cost drivers.
• Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and accounting teams to resolve issues and improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare KPIs for inventory, costing, and working capital; support audits; standardize processes across locations.
