Responsibilities

• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and executive summaries
• Monitor key finance metrics and report performance to leadership
• Keep the full-time commission calc transparent enough to survive a dispute
• Trace a single transaction end to end when numbers don't tie
• Lean on Excel and CIA Certification to automate processes
• Chase unreconciled items until the subledger ties to the GL
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
