**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and oversee financial activities, policies, and practices across multiple ministries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
+ Provide strategic guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital planning to support enterprise-wide financial goals.
+ Develop and manage standardized reporting frameworks and budgeting processes across multiple markets.
+ Identify and recommend financial strategies based on industry trends, operational insights, and accounting best practices.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize financial resources and drive efficiencies across departments.
+ Support enterprise-wide financial initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all operational areas.
+ Ability to summarize key findings and present them in an executive setting.
+ Organize and collaborate effectively within a highly complex health system structure.
+ Horizonals (Imaging, Rehab, Urgent Care, Post acute (Ascension Living), Inpatient Rehab)
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Sound financial modeling skills (advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge preferred).
+ Preferred knowledge of M&A financial key concepts and ability to translate business drivers and findings to models/presentations.
+ Public accounting experience preferred.
+ Inpatient rehab experience a plus.
