Responsibilities

  1. Lead and oversee financial activities, policies, and practices across multiple ministries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Provide strategic guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital planning to support enterprise-wide financial goals.
  3. Develop and manage standardized reporting frameworks and budgeting processes across multiple markets.
  4. Identify and recommend financial strategies based on industry trends, operational insights, and accounting best practices.
  5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize financial resources and drive efficiencies across departments.
  6. Support enterprise-wide financial initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all operational areas.
  7. Summarize key findings and present them in an executive setting.
  8. Organize and collaborate effectively within a highly complex health system structure.
  9. Support ambulatory surgical centers.

Requirements

Education:

  1. High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

  1. Sound financial modeling skills (advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge preferred).
  2. Healthcare experience preferred.
  3. Ambulatory surgical centers (ASC) experience a plus.
