Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support local leadership with financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning to drive program effectiveness and budget attainment. You will develop financial plans, budgets, and perform month-end reviews while delivering analytical reports to increase efficiency.
The role requires strong finance experience and the ability to collaborate across clinical service lines and leadership teams to implement process improvements.
The Finance Manager supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and develops analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies. May also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month‑end review of financial statements and other assistance as required.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
