Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Track record building financial infrastructure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong ability to create clear financial models from imperfect data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for founders, leadership and investors.
• High ownership with disciplined execution and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial planning and analysis across multiple spend areas.
• Build and maintain dashboards, close processes, and financial reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with leadership on unit economics including CAC, LTV, and payback.
• Manage cash flow and runway planning, flagting risks early.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly closes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Bridge finance with other functions, surfacing tradeoffs and enforcing discipline.
• Support fundraising workstreams, including data rooms and board materials.
• Develop lightweight financial playbooks and repeatable processes.
• Manage vendor, banking, and financial partner relationships.
