Job summary

You will analyze financial data, prepare recommendations, and serve as the primary financial resource for the unit.

You will coordinate with central offices, oversee transactions, and advise leadership on resource allocation to improve financial processes and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial management.
• Experience analyzing budgets, financial statements, and financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply institutional policies and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring program/organizational budgets and financial activity.
• Preparing financial analyses, forecasts, and reports for leadership.
