Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Capacity Finance team. This role supports the Director of Capacity Finance to prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational information to increase financial transparency, drive performance, and promote proactive business planning.

You will work cross-functionally with Capacity Planning, Fleet Engineering and Operations to deliver data-driven insights, build complex models, and drive capital expenditure optimization for CoreWeave's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or STEM; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of FP&A or related experience in finance roles.
• Experience with Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficient Excel and GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent communication, with ability to interact with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and forecasting for capacity planning and fleet infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and databases.
• Own infrastructure reporting and multi-regional capital expenditure analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Support Fixed Asset Accounting improvements and reporting processes.
