Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Capacity Finance team. You will support the Director of Capacity Finance to prepare, analyze, and report financial information, enhancing transparency and proactive planning.

You will interact with CFO/COO and executive stakeholders to drive performance. You will lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A, refine forecast models, and own infrastructure KPIs, budgets, and capital expenditure analyses across a large fleet of computing assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles.
• Experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex models (Power Query, array formulas).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with executive-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and GAAP knowledge; exposure to SQL/Netsuite/AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for capacity planning within FP&A.
• Develop and maintain forecast models, budgets, and databases.
• Own infrastructure reporting and multiregional capex models and unit economics.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Operations to track KPIs and forecasts.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with capacity planning, fleet operations, and supply chain on forecasts.
