CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Capacity Finance team. You will support the Director of Capacity Finance to prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational information to increase transparency and drive proactive business planning.

You will work cross-functionally with leaders including CFO/COO. You will lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A, drive forecasting, maintain financial models, and own infrastructure reporting and KPI tracking across a large fleet of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5–7 years FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles.
• Experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and data models.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting.
• Experience with SQL and Netsuite; AI productivity tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and forecasting for capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain financial forecast models and budgets.
• Own infrastructure reporting and unit economics for vast asset fleet.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses for leadership.
• Support fixed asset accounting improvements.
