Amazon Finance is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the WW Pricing & Promotions Finance team in Seattle. The role leads the Cost Out Initiative, partners with Pricing Product Management, and analyzes pricing experiments to drive long term free cash flow.

You will deliver data-driven insights to senior leaders and collaborate across geographies to standardize practices. The successful candidate will have strong financial modeling, KPI analysis, and cross-functional leadership, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
5+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the Cost Out Initiative program for WW Pricing.
Partner with the Pricing Product Management teams to identify and size new strategic initiatives.
Work closely with pricing team to set up, execute and analyze pricing experiments to drive long term free cash flow.
Provide critical insights to the Pricing leadership team by owning monthly and quarterly reporting for the program.
Build and maintain in depth knowledge across key business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges/opportunities across the business.
