Job summary

Boyd Gaming seeks a Financial Manager to bridge finance with property departments, ensuring accurate monthly statements and SLA adherence. You will lead the accounting clerk team, coordinate with financial shared services, and oversee count/receiving warehousing functions.

You will prepare accruals for non-PO services and support gaming regulators with required finance items, while coaching staff and maintaining strong internal relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required or substantial related experience.
• Minimum of three years of accounting/finance experience in a comparable role.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between financial shared services and property heads to meet SLAs.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and provide feedback.
• Manage accounting clerk team and daily interactions with shared services.
• Oversee count team and receiving/warehousing teams.
• Prepare monthly accruals for non-PO services and regulatory filings.
