Kodiak Robotics, Inc. seeks a Finance Manager to bolster FP&A, investor relations, and strategy as we scale. You will build financial models, drive planning cycles, and deliver insights for executives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Initially an individual contributor, the role will evolve into leading a finance team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate FP&A at tech companies, strong modeling skills, and startup experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate FP&A and finance, preferably at a tech company.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience presenting to executives with clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to work across functions and balance long-term analysis with timely actions.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and systems aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Run and enhance FP&A processes including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning.
• Partner with business functions to provide financial perspectives on commercial opportunities and investments.
• Build detailed financial models of revenue, expenses, cash flows, and capital structure.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses and KPIs; identify variances vs. plan.
• Develop and implement an FP&A system and improve processes.
• Contribute to quarterly close and public company reporting; support process improvements.
