Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasts. You will lead a small team of analysts and collaborate with accounting to manage the close process.

In this role you will develop new financial models, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership to deliver proactive solutions that support strategic objectives. Based on business needs, some facility-based options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6–8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 5+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial planning and analysis activities and lead the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets, business plans, and quarterly forecasts
• Work cross-functionally with the accounting organization to manage the close process and lead a small team of analysts to meet strategic priorities
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements
• Enhance and develop new financial models and reports to improve financial plans or decision analyses and partner with the finance data team on reporting transformation
• Other duties as assigned
