Job summary

Amazon Payments is seeking a Finance Manager to join the FP&A team in Seattle, responsible for reporting and analytics that inform leadership on headcount and operating expenses. You will consolidate financials across payments businesses and develop forecasts to support growth.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve reporting accuracy, and drive scalable tools while collaborating with controllership and business partners to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy

Responsibilities

• Build, report, and maintain P&L and financial metrics for Amazon Payments
• Drive automated reporting and analysis tools that are scalable to dive deep across different areas of the business
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues and drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy
• Participate in short- and long-term financial planning, keeping leadership informed
• Enhance headcount and expense controllership across the Amazon Payments org with an emphasis on centralizing and harmonizing processes
