Amazon is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional for the North American Sort Center group in Irving, TX. The role partners with senior leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, and cost reduction initiatives across operations.

You will build financial models, oversee forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with Operations, HR and Tech teams to optimize performance and reporting. Strong Excel/SQL skills and finance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and root-cause analysis.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with impactful recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify control risks, evaluate impact, propose changes and remediate gaps.
• Deliver weekly/monthly financial performance reports with forecasts and budgets.
• Work with diverse data sources, identify data issues and drive solutions.
• Communicate complex finance issues clearly to various audiences.
