Job summary

LHH is seeking a Finance Manager to join a growing, private equity-backed organization. The role focuses on partnering with operations, shaping business decisions through rigorous financial analysis, and driving performance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A foundation, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or transaction advisory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate operational and strategic initiatives.
• Support monthly operating reviews and performance management across multiple business units.
• Analyze pricing, gross margin, revenue, direct costs, payer mix, and service line performance to improve profitability.
• Develop and track financial and operational KPIs to measure business performance.
• Collaborate with accounting and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget accountability.
• Perform financial analysis for new market expansion, site performance, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Support acquisition-related financial analysis, due diligence, and integration efforts.
