Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; advanced degree and/or CPA/CMA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and insights to deliver and improve monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Communicate financial results and metrics on a timely basis.
• Develop financial projections for short-range outlook and quarterly cycles.
• Manage month-end close, actuals reporting, and variance analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost management processes.
• Perform ad hoc tactical and strategic financial analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and business partners to identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain process documentation.
• Provide managerial support for US & India based analysts.
• Train new team members.
