Amazon Health is seeking a Finance professional to join the Pharmacy Operations Finance Team in Boston. You will partner with operations leadership to drive performance insights and shape medium- and long-term financial plans for Amazon Pharmacy.

You will influence strategy, develop new metrics, and turn data into actionable business decisions in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with executives across the organization on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience.
• 2+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting in corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience


• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience


• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills


• Experience using data to influence business decisions


• Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience


• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
