Job summary

WM is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive enterprise forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. This role will own monthly P&L and free cash flow forecasts, partnering with stakeholders to align assumptions across financial statements and provide senior leadership with clear performance insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and OneStream experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field; four years experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Five years of relevant experience preferred beyond education requirement.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; OneStream experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of monthly enterprise-wide P&L and free cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent assumptions across projected financial statements.
• Develop financial and operational performance reporting for senior leadership (MBRs and QBRs).
• Perform variance analysis of cash flow actuals vs Plan and identify risks/opportunities.
• Support annual Financial Plan development and sensitivity testing of key metrics.
