Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of finance, financial planning, accounting, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or MBA with finance/accounting focus or CPA/CMA.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting and presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to influence team members and management.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret trends and provide insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinking and judgment to resolve issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Select forecasting and planning process including annual plan, CYP and MYP.
• Partner with Product Management to provide financial insight for initiatives, pricing and growth.
• Prepare, evaluate and validate financial and operational reports with accuracy.
• Analyze trends and variances and communicate insights to leadership.
• Coach and mentor peers; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
