Job summary

A new Finance Manager role at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Oklahoma will oversee day-to-day financial operations for the Practice, CIC and Charity. The role covers payroll, pensions and statutory payments, governance and compliance, and producing timely management accounts and cash flow reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day finance for multiple units.
• Strong understanding of payroll, pensions and statutory payments.
• Knowledge of NHS/HMRC regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial records, process payments, reconcile accounts and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Manage payroll, pensions and statutory payments and respond to queries.
• Ensure governance and compliance with NHS/HMRC guidance and reporting needs.
• Maintain accounting system records and support financial analysis and reporting.
