Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in diversified finance/accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with deadlines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with multiple functions.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead full financial planning and analysis for the Ensure brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build monthly/annual forecasts and P&L for LBE deliverables.
• Prepare schedules for Corporate submissions and forecast reviews.
• Communicate forecast assumptions and results to Finance leadership and brand partners.
• Report monthly close results and explain variances to leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to brand opportunities and assessments.
