This role partners with product and engineering teams to measure headcount cost, ROI, and operating performance, shaping quarterly guidance and operating plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance or analytics, strong data storytelling, and experience driving

• 5+ years in tax, finance or analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• 5+ years building financial/operational reports for decision-making
• 5+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain financial models, metrics, and scorecards for month-end reporting and planning
• Lead month-end close, variance analysis, and executive commentary
• Analyze data to identify trends, measure productivity, and evaluate ROI
• Partner with FP&A across sales and marketing finance for reporting quality
• Collaborate with finance tech to drive reporting automation and efficiency
