Finance Manager | High-Growth Creative / Production Business | Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Fast-growing, multidisciplinary creative and production business operating at the intersection of technology, design, and live experiences.

This is a commercially focused Finance Manager role sitting at the heart of a project-based, fast-paced environment. Working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, visibility, and better decision-making.

The Role

You’ll own the day-to-day finance function for the business, partnering closely with operations, production, and client teams to bring clarity to performance and drive commercial outcomes.

Key areas of focus include:

• Owning monthly management reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis)
• Leading forecasting and forward-looking insight for leadership
• Driving project-level profitability and revenue visibility
• Managing revenue recognition across complex, project-based work (ASC 606)
• Partnering with stakeholders to challenge budgets, pricing, and margins
• Improving cash flow, billing discipline, and working capital
• Acting as the key link between the business and group/shared finance teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years’ experience in finance (Finance Manager / Senior Analyst level)
• Strong management reporting + FP&A capability
• Experience in project-based, client-led businesses (creative, media, production, agency preferred)
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Confident business partner — able to challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
