Job summary

Taylor White is seeking a Finance Manager Consultant to support the Tampa Bay area on-site. You will analyze financial data, forecast trends, and provide insights to senior management while partnering with ERP systems to drive improvements.

You bring a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years of experience, with SAP or NetSuite preferred. This role offers a strong benefits package and clear opportunities for career growth through high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
5+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
ERP reporting experience (SAP or NetSuite preferred).
Systems-oriented mindset with process improvement experience.

Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze financial data using Excel and ERP systems.
Identify trends, develop forecasts, and present insights to senior management.
Provide analytical support for long‑range planning, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
Spot opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.
Collaborate across departments to implement improvements.
Support additional duties and special projects as needed.
