Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Finance Manager to be a key member of the AWS Identity & Cloud Governance Finance team. This role will own end-to-end finance support including P&L management and planning, and drive strategic new feature launches and process improvements across the organization.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively across a matrixed org, manage time-sensitive deliverables, and partner with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance.
• Strong communication and business-partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in financial planning; build complex models and tools.
• Own end-to-end revenue services and influence business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and reporting improvements.
• Partner with finance, business, and sales to standardize reporting.
