Strong analytical ability, executive communication and knowledge of financial systems are essential; prior agency finance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; five years' finance/ accounting experience preferred.
• In lieu of degree, six years of finance/accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection for client audits.
• Communicate with clients regarding budgets, billing, and accounts receivable issues.
• Maintain catalog of required client reporting and ensure timely completion.
• Support account teams in pricing client proposals and developing budgets with oversight.
• Assist contract negotiations and review of all business terms.
• Review monthly fees for accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition policy.
• Facilitate monthly billing liaison between account staff and billing department.
