You will support intercompany setups, document governance, and proactive data validation in a fast-paced agency environment. Success in this role requires 1–3 years in financial operations, familiarity with Workday/Ariba, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial operations, billing, accounting, or similar data-driven roles.
• Familiar with financial systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., Workday, Ariba).
• Basic understanding of contracts, billing structures, and revenue-related processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume, repeatable work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate and complete setup of projects in Workday and related systems, including scopes of work, change orders, purchase orders, rate cards, budgets, and billing structures.
• Translate contractual terms into correct system configuration, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal policies.
• Validate all inputs for completeness and accuracy prior to system entry; resolve missing or inconsistent data with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation of contracts, amendments, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate intercompany setup and service orders where applicable.
• Own end-to-end billing execution, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time across client platforms.
• Drive proforma workflow in Workday, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to billing deadlines.
• Reconcile data between Workday and client systems, investigating discrepancies.
