Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to help customers secure vehicle financing with a transparent, compliant process. You will guide buyers from sales to finance, presenting options clearly and building lasting relationships.

You’ll collaborate with lenders, manage paperwork efficiently, and uphold state and federal regulations while driving customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer experience and communication skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Valid in-state driver''s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases.
• Determine financing needs and payment options through consultative interviewing.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
