Nexstar Media Group, Inc. seeks a Manager, Finance - Benefits and Compensation to oversee the administration, compliance, and financial management of the company’s retirement plans, 401(k) programs, and compensation initiatives.

This role is a key member of the Finance team and drives governance, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. You will collaborate with actuaries, auditors, trustees, and third-party administrators, partner with HR and payroll, and ensure plan operations align with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 5+ years of retirement plan administration, pension accounting, benefits finance, compensation, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day administration of retirement programs including pension and 401(k) plans.
• Ensure plan compliance with IRS, DOL, ERISA, and PBGC regulations.
• Assist with audits, Form 5500 filings, valuations, and reporting requirements.
• Develop reports and presentations for Finance, HR, and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll to ensure seamless administration.
